Modern, diverse and clearly structured: the web portal of the residential co-op KleefeldBuchholz eG is impressing users with its new look as well as a number of clever technical improvements. [...]

Our solution: in addition to Typo3, the product ImmoSolve from the firm Solve.IT GmbH & Co. was integrated in the content management system. Now the website's contents and a pool of over 4,000 apartments can be centrally maintained and marketed thanks to an ergonomic user interface.
The system contains all of the customer data and settings, import interfaces, property management including photos and floor plans, the user, group and permission management, and also allows the dynamic creation of exposés in HTML or PDF, as well as analyses with log files and the export system.
In addition to the integrated search function on the website, properties are also marketed at many other portals: Immobilienscout 24, immobilien.de, BILD Zeitung, 1A-Immobilienmarkt.de, Die Welt und Welt am Sonntag, Gaestewohnen.de, Berliner Morgenpost, BZ und BZ am Sonntag, Hamburger Abendblatt, Portal des Verband norddeutscher Wohnungswirtschaft (VNW).
